Announces Corporate Appointment –
Vice
President – Dallas Office
DALLAS, Texas
– Pariveda Solutions, a leading IT
consulting company that delivers both
strategic consulting services and technical
solutions, has named Deborah Cole as a new
Vice President in the Dallas office. Mrs.
Cole is coming to Pariveda from Accretive
Solutions, where she served as Vice
President of Business and Technology
Consulting.

While at Accretive, Mrs. Cole was
responsible for all aspects of establishing
practices in such areas as Mergers and
Acquisitions, Program/Project Management, IT
Operations, and Organizational Chain
Management. Prior to Accretive, she was the
Vice President of Professional Services and
Customer Operations for Valchemy, Inc.
and a Senior Manager for Arthur Andersen LLP.
Mrs. Cole was the recipient of the Arthur
Andersen Business Consulting “Thought
Leadership Award” for her work on
eMerge, an integrated merger and
acquisition professional services frame
work, enabled by a web-based tool. Mrs.
Cole has an MBA in Finance and Economics and
a BS in Political Science from Santa Clara
University.
